type: regedit

Follow this path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Kazaa\Search

Delete all registry entries besides (Default)

make sure kazaa is not running

this tweak probably works also with kazaa media desktop

Or simply click on "purge searches" in the dropdown menu of the Kazaa Lite search box. It has exactly the same effect.
