Start with your finger on the 12, and think of a number, between 1 and 12. Don't tell me what it is ;)

spell out your letter, moving your finger one space for each letter in your secret number.

For example, if your chosen number was 7, you would start on the 12, and spell S-E-V-E-N, moving one digit clockwise for each letter. Your new number would then be 5.

Spell the new number that is now under your finger, continuing clockwise around the clock. If you need to, keep going around when you reach 12.

Hmm...I can sense that your finger is not on any of these: 12,2,4 or 8...so i am going to take them off the clock.

Once a number has been removed, you cannot move onto its spot. Last time now, spell out the number that's under your finger
As usual, go clockwise around the clock, and skip over any missing numbers.

I can tell your not on the number 5, so i am taking that off the clock.
Same with the 10 and the 3 - they're gone!

Remember, when we started, I didn't know your number, or how many letters it had. I don't know how many spaces you moved either.

Even so, I know exactly where your finger is..
