Ingredients:
1 kg. salmon fish, cut in fingers
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Aji-no-moto
2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
Oil for frying

How to Prepare:
Add salt, pepper, Aji-no-moto and vinegar to fish
and marinate for 4 hours. Dip the fish fingers in
beaten eggs and cover with crumbs. Deep fry on medium
heat till golden brown.
