Ingredients:


milk 1 kg
sugar 1/2 cup
illaichi powder 1/4 tsp
baqar khani 10 big size
fresh cream 200 gram
pisa howa khopra 1/2 cup
badam pista cut in slice 1/2 cup


How to Prepare:


1-boil milk with illaichi powder and sugar till then left half kg.
2-crush baqar khani in small pieces.
3- beat fresh cream.
4-take a flat dish and sprinkle crushed baqar khani.
5-mix cream and cold milk and pour it on to the baqar khani,then sprinkle khopra , badam and pista on it.
6-refrigrate it for 1/2 hour and then serve it .
