baking powder 1 tea spoon
Make a paste with cold water

How to Prepare:
chicken ko masla laga kar 2 ghantay (hours) rakh
dayeen
phir issay paka leen pani,oil kuch nahi dalna sirf
chicken ko aik pan may daal kar aag jala deen
jab chicken paak jay to issay thanda kar leen
Paste may dip kar k fry kar leen light brown
