Ingredients:


1/2 kg.mutton.
1 med sized onion chopped
n fry it till brown.
1 med sized tomato ground.
yoghurt 350 gms.
red chilli pwd 2 tsp.
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
corriander 1 tb sp.
cumin 1 tb sp.
keema mirch 8.
oil 1/2 cup.
salt a/c to taste.


How to Prepare:


Mix yoghurt,red chilli pwd,salt,ginger garlic paste
with mutton n leave it for 2 hours.Grind the corriander n cumin seed n fill the keema mirch with this pwd.Put the rest of the powder in the marinade.Hot oil in the pan n put the tomato paste n cook it till 3 min n then add the mutton marinade n leave it to be cooked till 45 min at low heat.In last add the filled keema mirch n chopped brown onions n leave it 5 min more.Enjoy it with tandoori roti.
