Ingredients:
4 mangoes
75g cream
100g sugar
15g gelatin
Mango pieces for decoration
1 lemon

How to Prepare:
Keep mangoes in a blender and blend to a smooth
paste.
To
this, add sugar and heat in a pan until the sugar
dissolves. Now add cream, dissolved gelatin and
cool it.
In
a small vessel, add 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar,
lemon juice and dissolve them.
Take
the jelly mould, keep it in refrigerator for 5 minutes,
remove and apply the lemon juice mixture to the
mould and keep it again in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Take
the jelly mould from the refrigerator, place the
mango pieces at the bottom. Above this, pour the
mango juice and chill it for 30 minutes.
Serve
immediately.
