Ingredients:
A traditional meat dish mostly served on Eid al
Adha (Bari Eid).
3 kilograms lamb meat on the bone
1 1\2 teaspoons salt
1\4 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
- or -
- - lemon juice
2 teaspoons black pepper

How to Prepare:
Cut meat into 2 inch pieces. Place meat, salt and
1\2 cup water, if necessary, in a
heavy skillet. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes,
or until meat is tender.
Add oil, vinegar or lemon juice and black pepper
and cook on low heat until the meat
is very tender, about 10 minutes.
