Ingredients:
8 - shami kababs
8 - round buns
1\2 cup mint chutney
4 - tomatoes, cut into thick and round slices
2 - onions skinned and thinly round sliced rings
8 - green chilies chopped
8 - eggs, beaten
- - butter, room temperature
1\2 cup mayonnaise (optional)

How to Prepare:
Prepare shami kabab. . Make omlate with 6 eggs and
divide it into 8 portions. keep warm. Cut each bun
in half. Spread the buns with a thin layer of butter.
Heat a large frying pan or tava and toast the both
sides of the split buns, until brown and crispy.
Keep warm. Spread the bun slices with mint chutney,place
the shami kababs on the bottom half of the buns,
spread little chutney, if desired. Top with omelet,
tomatoes, onions, green chilies and remaining half
bun. Variation: Use mayonnaise instead of chutney.
