10-15 green chillies
1cup coriander
salt to taste
10-15 black pepper

1tbs pisa hua garam masala
half cup kishmish (pani main bhigo de)
half cup chuwara (pani main bhigo de)
half cup badam (pai main bhigo ker chilka hata de)
6glass water
two cup ghee |
How to Prepare:
1-Sub se pehlay ghee garam ker ke us main onion
fry karay brown ho jae to us main gosht fry karo
aur acchi terha se gosht ka pani khushk ho jaye
to ginger garlic dal ker 1mint fry karay aur halki
aanch per 30to45min(aggarbada ghosht hain).
2-Ab us main green chillies tomato coriander sabut
aur pisa hua garam masala salt dal de acchi terha
mix ker kay 8to 10min rakh de.
3-Ab alag dechkay main aik piyaz lal karay jub brown
ho jaye to us main rice daal de us koaik mint tak
bhoohnay
4-Phir us main gosht ka saalan dal de acchi terha
mix karay saath main pani daal de tez aanch per
rakhay jab pani aadh glass reh jaye to halki aanch
per rakh de fry pan may thora ghee fry karay us
main badam kishmish aur chuwara fry ker kay dal
de pulao tayar hain raitay ke saath maaze le ker
khae.
