Ingredients:
Aloo 1/2 kg boiled and mashed
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp levelled
Dhania and podina chopped 1/4 cup each
Batter
Besan 1 cup mixed well with salt
Chilly powder and soda all 1/4 tsp each
Water as required to make a thick batter

How to Prepare:
Mix salt, chilly powder, chopped hara masala into
mashed potatoes. Make them into balls and dip the
balls in prepared besan batter and deep fry till
golden brown.
