Ingredients:
12 - 15 red chillies
250 gms kabuli channa, boiled
2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 potatoes, boiled and diced
1 tbsp cummin seeds
Coriander leaves chopped
Chaat masala
Green chillies chopped
Salt to taste
1 onion chopped
1 cup tamarind juice

How to Prepare:
Roast and grind the red chillies, coriander seeds
and cummin seeds. Mix them with chaat masala, salt,
tamarind juice, chanas and potatoes. Put into a
serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves,
green chillies and onions. Finally serve.
