| Some
types of chain letters may brighten up someone's day. However,
nobody wants to receive those annoying hoaxes that never seem
to go away. If an email promises free money, a car, etc. then
it is probably just another hoax. There are plenty of other
hoaxes circulating that don't involve receiving free gifts.
Please do not forward these messages endlessly to everyone
you know. If it is too good to believe, then it probably isn't
true. Try to verify whether or not the story is true before
you forward a message. Some good places to begin are SNOPES.COM,
CHAINLETTERS.ORG and URBANLEGENDS AND FOLKLORE. |
