Here is a
good tip for when you encounter missing files or pages while
surfing the web. It is frustrating when you stumble upon 'File
Not Found' errors. These usually happen when personal pages
change or accounts get deleted. If the '404' URL is: http://www.lockergnome.com/~biggs/software.htm
-- try removing the 'software.htm' to see if the 'biggs' account
is still active. Just "peel" away the layers one by one (starting
with the last section) to see if you get anywhere. It may
not work every time, but it is certainly better than giving
up!
